Between the Architecture Phase and Pitching Day, the 10 squads work independently to turn their problem, personas, and user flows into a high-fidelity Figma prototype. Mentors run check-ins through the week — following the schedule set at the Sprint Briefing — to keep squads focused and help narrow scope so the build is finishable before Day 3.
