Turn abstract problems into logical technical flows and interactive prototypes. The morning builds user personas, defines the problem, and runs ideation and user-flow sessions. The afternoon goes hands-on with a Figma workshop and wireframing, then a hands-on activity and discussion where every squad starts building its screens.
